Drawings, specifications, submittals: any file. Archive, distribute and send them in any direction between Autodesk Construction Cloud, OneDrive, Dropbox and your own servers. Set the scope and the schedule once, and every project stays in step.

Intake and integrations

Point each task at the exact model files and folders it needs, in Autodesk Construction Cloud, OneDrive, Dropbox or on your network, filtered by name and file type. Choose the Navisworks cleanup and the XML to load, then every place the model should land. Set it up once and reuse it on every project.

Run tasks hourly, daily, weekly or at the times you set, and chain them so a combined model waits for the discipline models it is built from. Every stage shows live, so you know where each build stands. Nothing to launch, nothing to remember, nothing to babysit.

Monitoring and Analytics

Every run is logged line by line: which models were found, which came from ACC and which from the local cache, how long each stage took, and what failed. Analytics show the trend over weeks, so a slow or failing task stands out before anyone asks.

Document Management

Not everything is a model. File syncs and transmittals move documents between ACC, OneDrive, Dropbox and local folders. They keep the folder structure, copy only what changed, handle files withdrawn at the source the way you choose, and record every file that moved.
